1, Please be advised that cancellations or changes made up to 8 days(9:00-17:00) before a scheduled appointment via phone call +81-258-41-1203 will be processed without a penalty.

2, Cancellations made 8 days or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of the followings :

• 7-3 days before an appointment: 20% of the service rate
• 48 hours before an appointment: 50% of the service rate
• Less than 24 hours before appointment or no-show: 100% of the service rate
